My nemesis-trick nr. 1 must be “The Q”, also known as “Dangerous Bird”. I tried this once, but fell down face first and haven’t been brave enough to try it again. It’s sooooo beautiful!
Other suggestions are “Kneehold” and any variation of cartwheels (on the pole, of course)
Did you see these?

Here is Pole Dance Dictionary’s version of the “Dangerous Bird”:

Gemini climb
What is the difference between superman and superwoman?
Gemini climb is here: http://aerialamy.com/blog/2011/08/30/tuesday-tips-monkey-climb/
I was taught with the superman the chest faces the floor and with the superwoman the chest faces the ceiling. The superwoman looks like this, I think there are many different names for it, right? http://www.blog.co.uk/media/photo/layback/4648602
I have a fear of letting my other arm go when I do the superwoman. I’m slowly getting the superman but it’s still a hard trick for me and transitioning out of it is hard for me too. I just plop out of it, very ugly, haha.

Half-flag invert to brass monkey climb, please!
I’m a beginner and have been trouble with the windmill to pole sit as well as the cross knee release. Sorry if these are really simple!
I can’t ever remember the name of it, but it is a spin that starts as a split grip, like a Peter Pan, then into a chair spin that turns into a spin where you release your lower hand and grab the pole from behind as you spin close to the pole. Anyone know what the @#$% I’m talking about?? I can’t find a good example online!
Reverse grab. Got it
And posted on Twitter! Rock on!
I just started and I’ve been working on mastering the Butterfly
I’ve posted it on Facebook
